What to Expect

When you arrive at First Baptist Church Livingston, we want you to feel at home. Come as you are, grab a cup of coffee, and join us for worship. Our services last about an hour and include music, prayer, and a biblically based sermon.

 

We offer both Classic and Modern worship services, so you can choose the worship style that’s right for you. There’s no pressure and no need to have everything figured out, we’re simply glad you’re here.

What Should I Wear?

 

Come as you are. You’ll find people dressed in everything from jeans and casual clothes to traditional Sunday attire.

How Long Is the Service?

 

Our worship services typically last about one hour.

What Is Worship Like?

 

Our Classic and Modern services share the same biblical teaching, but each has a different musical style. Modern Worship features contemporary worship music, while Classic Worship blends traditional hymns with worship songs from the ’90s and beyond.

What About My Kids?

We want your kids to have a great Sunday too! From nursery through 12th grade, we have something for every age.

 

If you have children in 5th grade or younger, your first stop will be the Kids Check-In Desk in the middle of the atrium. One of our team members will be there to welcome you, help get your children checked in, answer any questions, and show you where to go. We offer age-appropriate programming from nursery through 5th grade.

 

Have a student in 6th–12th grade? Our Student Ministry meets in another area of the building, and we’ll be happy to help you find your way.

Where Do I Go?

Visiting for the first time? We want to make finding your way as easy as possible.

 

Parking
The easiest place for first-time guests to park is in the parking lot to the right of our front entrance. Look for the designated First-Time Guest parking spaces.

 

Come Through the Front Entrance
Enter through the main front entrance where you’ll see the glass doors with a cross above. This will bring you into our atrium, which connects directly to the Worship Center.

 

Look for “Start Here / Welcome”
Once you’re inside the atrium, look for the Start Here / Welcome sign. Our team will be there to greet you, answer any questions, and help you find wherever you need to go. If you’re checking in children, the Kids Check-In Desk is also located in the atrium.
